The Old Ball Field

This project is planned to have mostly Model B (2 bedroom) units but there will also be some Model C (1 bedroom accessible) units.

Maltais Holdings Ltd is the project owner and developer while Maltais Homes Inc is supplying all the housing units and installation.

A total of 30-40 units is planned to be built in phases. All units will be intended for long term rental. First move in ready units are expected September 2025. Rents will start at 1400$/month for a 2 bedroom home with private parking.
